We are a Brass Band made up of young people of all ages ranging from 9 to 19 and we meet and rehearse in Shelley.
We come together to play music and take part in competitions both locally and nationally.
All the players live in the surrounding villages including Shelley, Shepley, Kirkburton, Emley as well as Scissett.
We rehearse at Shelley Methodist Hall every Thurday evening and the Hall is the central meeting place for all.
The Band is committed to playing Brass Band Music for pleasure as well as achievement and for the enjoyment of the local communities.
