Woody tells us how he came to Shelley
Woody was asked why he picked on Shelley as his home and this is his answer:
I have lots of other brothers and sisters – and they are all shy and you have to look very carefully to find them.
I have one brother, older than me, who lives in a very big church in York. But although many visitors go into this church my brother is not often seen.
He told me he is under a large eagle so he hides away!
I have a sister who lives in a very big house and she can be found under the dining table. Think of all the delicious crumbs of food.
But although I look like all my brothers and sisters – we all have bright eyes and long tails and a smooth coat – I am the pushy one!
