As a newcomer to Shelley, may I say how pleased I am that Shelley has won the award for
I was quietly confident that we would win as I couldn’t think that any other village could do more to achieve the award than Shelley!
Call it ‘big -headed’ if you like, we have so much going on here it was nigh impossible to be beaten!
