The plaque that was presented has a lovely small mouse carved at the top from the workshop of Robert Thompson the Mouseman of Kilburn.
Nancy Ryden has suggested we have a little competition to name the mouse and we will run this through the First School.
Afterwards a splendid buffet was enjoyed as photographs were taken and conversations continued long into the afternoon.
It was a very memorable day.
Finally, thanks must go to all those involved in the preparation and organisation of the event especially the refreshment team of Eileen, Margaret, Madge, Elaine, Barbara and Janet on what was their day too!
