MARK ARNOTT
It was a big step for Mark when he left Victoria for his first visit to Europe. He is a dairy worker by trade but like all Australians he loves playing cricket. Maybe it is something of a surprise to learn he supports Sri Lanka, the home of his mother.
ASHLEY BROTHERS
Ashley is the best fielder at the club and arguably the best in the league. His enthusiasm spreads throughout the team. He is more than a useful batsman and you can bet your bottom dollar if he makes runs he makes them quickly.
DANIEL HILL
Daniel has just finished University and taken up a job with KMPG accountants. In true New Zealand spirit he threw up his job to come and play for us saying he was ‘only young once’. He has proved highly popular and successful at Shelley.
JOSH SCOTT
Josh is another from the Scott stable. He is like Nelson who put his telescope to is blind eye when he is receiving instructions to play cautiously. It all falls on deaf ears. Who can blame him with his terrific hitting power.
