For the 2007 season the old clubhouse was converted to changing rooms and a new larger clubhouse and bar erected together with a new tea-room (see Below).
After relegation in 2008 the 1st XI returned to the Drakes Premiership in 2011 after winning the 2010 Frank Platt Championship.
To celebrate over a hundred years of Shelley cricket a booklet about Shelley Cricket Club, its past history and achievements was published. Written by Bob Haigh ‘Century Plus’ is a fascinating record of Shelley Cricket Club.
