Shelley bell-ringers are looking out for new members to help them ring the changes in Shelley.
They are a happy group who meet in the warm, carpeted hide-away of the bell tower at Emmanuel Church every Friday evening.
Full on-the-job training is given, and they say that pulling the ropes is great for upper body toning!
Men and women of any age are welcome - all you need be able to do is climb the stairs!
You would be made very welcome if you turn up just before 7.30 on any Friday or ring Roger Tarbatt, 604470, beforehand to arrange a ‘taster session’.
