What are you hoping for as we move through 2012 and hopefully move closer to Spring?
The green shoots coming through the ground and on the trees and the birds singing give us feelings of hope and new life, but whether there’s any sign of that in February depends on the weather!
However even if there is no sign of these things we have a hope that they will come eventually which gets us through the winter. But do you have any hopes for the future?
You may find it difficult to see signs of hope in your situation. You may be worried about what the future may bring in terms of health, jobs or finances. You may be worried about your family or have suffered the loss of a loved one in the past year. We all need hope to keep us going. Without some hope life may not seem worth living. But signs of hope are often very small, like the first shoots of Spring.
