On July 13, 2009. Peacefully at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and of Shelley, Amy Umpleby aged 91 years.
The dearly loved wife of the late Jack, the much loved mother of Maureen and Michael, mother-in-law of Keith, also a dear and devoted Grandma of Suzanne and Melanie and "Great-Granny Amy" to Mason and Nathan.
Will friends please meet for Service at Emmanuel Parish Church, Shelley at 1.45 p.m. on Monday, July 20 prior to Cremation at Huddersfield Crematorium at 3.00 p.m.
Family flowers only by request, donations in lieu of flowers if so desired would be appreciated for The Alzheimer's Society and may be sent c/o Morley, Rhodes and Wainwright, 12 Radcliffe Street, Skelmanthorpe, HD8 9AF. A plate will also be provided in Church. Will friends please accept this the only intimation.
