It is a mystery to those in junior circles why Aaran Turner and Nathan Martin didn’t make the under 13 representative side.
The under 13s have been the most successful side and for quite a long period looked destined for honours and all the team under the stewardship of Dave Jones have performed particularly well with Sam Bright and George Burrell having good seasons.
If it is team spirit and enthusiasm you are after this is typified by the youngest age group, the under nines.
They might not to have won anything but their coaches, Martin Parker and Scott Turner, can be proud of their achievements for nurturing the talents of the youngsters who have shown tremendous improvement as the season has progressed.
Martin Parker also takes charge of the under eleven side who have ended the season in the top half of the table. Once more the team have turned in some good performances with Ryan Thorpe deserving a special mention for his performances.
