He hails from Stourport and learned his cricket at Worcestershire Cricket Academy that he attended between the ages of 11 and 19.
He had a full season representing the County second eleven before playing in the Birmingham League with Kidderminster.
He played Conference football with Kidderminster and has two international caps representing English Universities.
